eFujon sells energy drinks that deliver healthful benefits and energy to the customer. The company’s products are made from 100-percent all-natural ingredients with no preservatives or additives. eFujon also sells business cards, women and men’s apparel, accessories and print items designed with the company’s logo.

Discussion of Opportunity
The company offers six ways in which distributors can earn income. eFujon offers the following compensation plan opportunity:

1. RETAIL EFUSJON PRODUCTS: When you join the efusjon energy club as a Member, you earn 4.50% of total sales volume in commissions for each order of efusjon's energy drinks when customers order efusjon energy drink products from your replicated website. Every month you generate a minimum of One Hundred Twenty Dollars ($120.00 USD) in product sales volume (through your efusjon replicated website and/or back office) you will automatically be promoted to the rank of Associate and eligible to participate in our unique Community Matrix Compensation Plan.

2. ASSOCIATE PRODUCT VOLUME BONUS: If you are an active efusjon Associate or Executive, for every new active Associate that you enroll (an Associate being one who generates One Hundred Twenty Dollars ($120.00 USD) or more in monthly product sales volume through personal purchase and/or retail sales) you will receive a one-time $75.00* product volume bonus based on the new volume generated by this new active Associate in the next weekly bonus cycle, either by Check or Direct Deposit. This product Volume Bonus will be paid instead of the residual matrix commission for that month. Each new active Associate will be placed in the community matrix. You and all others in the community matrix will begin receiving residual income on this new Associate's volume, the following month.

For example: The first residual matrix commission for an active Associate enrolled in October would be December 10th after their first One Hundred Twenty Dollars ($120.00 USD) sales volume requirement is met for November.

* A $3.00 processing fee will be deducted from each Commission Check or Direct Deposit amount.

3. COACH PRODUCT VOLUME BONUS: When an active efusjon Associate or Executive is enrolling a new Associate (an Associate being one who generates One Hundred Twenty Dollars ($120.00 USD) or more in monthly product sales volume through personal purchase and/or retail sales)they will have the option to place an efusjon Distributor ID# in the "efusjon Coach" box. This ID number must belong to an efusjon Distributor who has achieved the rank of Associate or higher. This may be you, your enroller, a team leader or anyone else who has reached the rank of Associate. The goal of an efusjon Coach will be to help new Associate(s) generate $360.00 of product volume within 30 days by enrolling 3 new active Associates (an Associate being one who generates One Hundred Twenty Dollars ($120.00 USD) or more in monthly product sales volume through personal purchase and/or retail sales) and thereby achieving the rank of Executive. For every new Associate that  (www.mlmlegal.com)  achieves the rank of Executive within 30 days of their join date, the efusjon Coach, attached to that Associate, will receive a one-time $200.00* bonus for the $360.00 of product volume generated. The efusjon Coach Product Volume bonus will be paid in the following weekly bonus cycle after the new Associate is promoted to efusjon Executive.

* A $3.00 processing fee will be deducted from each Commission Check or Direct Deposit amount.
4. PERSONAL ENROLLEE SALES VOLUME:4.50% of total sales volume is paid on the Associates (an Associate being one who generates One Hundred Twenty Dollars ($120.00 USD) or more in monthly product sales volume through personal purchase and/or retail sales) in your down line that were enrolled by you, your enrollees, or their enrollees, etc. on all 15 levels of your Community Matrix.** Once you have enrolled 3 people as an efusjon energy club Associate, you will be promoted to an Executive. As an Executive you will receive 4.50% of total sales volume for each active, personally enrolled Associate and your personally enrolled Associates' down line every month. As your organization grows, so does your income.

You must maintain One Hundred Twenty Dollars ($120.00 USD) in monthly product sales volume to remain eligible for matrix commissions. This sales volume may be achieved through personal purchase (an autoship program has been set up for your convenience) and/or retail sales. If you miss two consecutive months of One Hundred Twenty Dollars ($120.00 USD) product sales volume you will lose your position in the matrix.
5. COMMUNITY OVERLAP SALES VOLUME:2.25% of total sales volume is paid on the Associates (an Associate being one who generates One Hundred Twenty Dollars ($120.00 USD)or more in monthly product sales volume through personal purchase and/or retail sales)in your down line that were placed in your matrix through the Community Overlap.** In addition to the 4.50%, with the efusjon energy club's "Community Overlap" (where you are able to receive 2.25% of the total sales volume for each Associate enrolled by others that overlap into your community matrix) you have the potential to increase your income dramatically.

You must maintain One Hundred Twenty Dollars ($120.00 USD) in monthly product sales volume to remain eligible for matrix commissions. This sales volume may be achieved through personal purchase (an auto ship program has been set up for your convenience) and/or retail sales. If you miss two consecutive months of One Hundred Twenty Dollars ($120.00 USD) product sales volume you will lose your position in the matrix.

(You must stay on active autoship every month in order to remain eligible for commissions. If you miss two simultaneous months of autoship you will lose your position in the matrix.)
6. 3% BONUS POOL: Every month efusjon will
 (www.mlmlegal.com) recognize the 30 efusjon Executives with the highest personal enrollee group sales volume (which can be found on your end of month financial statement located under the "Financials" tab in your efusjon Back Office). These top 30 efusjon Executives will then be paid a percentage portion of a bonus pool that is based on 3% of the total company product sales volume for that given month. To calculate the payout we will add up the personal enrollee volume of these top 30 individuals and pay the bonus pool out according to the percentage of volume that each of their personal enrollee volume makes of the total. For example, if your personal enrollee volume makes up 10% of the total personal enrollee volume between these top 30 Distributors, then you will be paid 10% of the bonus pool for that month.
**These percentages are limited to a Maximum of 50% total matrix product sales volume. The maximum/minimum total matrix product sales volume means that we at efusjon will always payout no less or more than 50% of total matrix product sales volume to the field. For example, if efusjon's Community Matrix payout to the field for any given month is less or more than 50% total matrix product sales volume, then efusjon Executives could see a variance on these percentages to meet the 50% mark.
