Founding Story
Essentially Yours Industries (EYI), Incorporated was launched in 1995. The Company had one goal in mind when they began and that was to offer individuals that had little money an honest opportunity to start their very own home business.

EYI began with little money and the owners began working from their homes, where they held meetings, wrote newsletters, and shipped products. The organization slowly grew and the founders reinvested their money in the Company year after year to expand the business.
Jay Sargeant is the President and CEO of EYI. From (www.mlmlegal.com) 1979 to 1982, Sargeant developed the first 154-unit retail chain of microcomputer software retail stores through his Franchise Marketing Company, IMA. From 1982 to 1989, he led a team of 60 people who developed 11 million dollars of corporate training programs for many large United States corporations. From 1995 to June 30, 2002, Sargeant was a Director and Director of Operations for EYI. While doing this he developed a distribution channel of 500,000 Independent Business Associates that generated $300 million dollars in revenue. In June of 2002, he also orchestrated the corporate restructuring of EYI when he introduced a cost-cutting program that reduced expenses by 25 percent while laying the foundations of new programs and initiatives aimed at creating growth that is more significant. During this time, he also oversaw the strategy to create the Public Company, EYI Industries, Inc.
Dori O'Neill is tee Executive VP and COO of EYI. His job is to lead the strategic direction and implementation of all of the issues related to Investor Relations. He is also leading the Company's expansion into South East Asia. He played a generous role in opening the Hong Kong office in October of 2005. His experience comes from being a Direct Sales professional for over 30 years. In the 1990s, he sold his marketing rights for an all-natural insecticide to a Public company and became Senior Vice President in charge of global operations. While in this role (1990-1994), he opened offices in Japan and established sales organizations in 19 countries. His contributions to the Company led to a significant increase (www.mlmlegal.com) in the organization's stock value.
The operations offices are located in Burnaby, Canada and the Central Distribution Facility is located in Bensalem, Pennsylvania.
